Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern the methods and conditions of sale of products marketed by Maredamare Srl. All contractual relationships between Maredamare Srl and the customer are governed by these General Conditions, which are an integral part of every proposal, order, and order confirmation for the purchase of products.
By purchasing from Maredamare Srl, you accept the terms of sale. It is advisable to read them carefully before confirming the order. With the order confirmation by the Customer, the purchase contract between the customer and Maredamare Srl is considered stipulated.

Purchase Methods

The consumer is required to read these general conditions carefully before submitting their purchase order.

The minimum order amount is €25.00.

Submitting the purchase order implies full knowledge and acceptance of these conditions.
The customer purchases the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the respective descriptive sheets, at the indicated price, to which shipping costs are added as reported on the site.
Before confirming the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of purchasing multiple products, and the amount of delivery costs are summarized.

Always check that there are no products with red asterisks next to the name; in this case, remove those items from the cart as they are currently unavailable and therefore not purchasable.

Once the purchase order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email from Maredamare Srl confirming the receipt and acceptance of the order, containing information about the purchased products, a detailed indication of the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes, payment methods, and information on the right of withdrawal. With the sending of the confirmation email by Maredamare Srl to the customer, the purchase contract is considered concluded and formalized.
Maredamare Srl reserves the right not to accept or process incomplete orders or those missing essential data.

Prices and Product Characteristics

All product prices listed on the Site are expressed in Euros and include VAT and any other tax.

The prices applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the customer’s purchase order. The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. The product characteristics published by Maredamare Srl reflect those provided by the respective manufacturers. Maredamare Srl assumes no responsibility regarding the truthfulness and completeness of such information. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Product availability and weight may vary without notice as they are linked to the actual presence of the product in our warehouse.

ORDER PAYMENT METHODS

1. Credit Card
   The Customer enters the identifying numbers of the card; simultaneously with the conclusion of the online transaction, the amount for the desired goods is charged to the Customer’s credit card upon registration of the completed order. The accepted credit cards are those supported by the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro circuits.

In the event of order cancellation, either by the Customer, where permissible, or by Maredamare Srl, the transaction will be canceled, and the committed amount will be released.

Order cancellation is possible until the order is still in preparation in the warehouse. Release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry (24th day from the authorization date).

At no point in the purchase process can it know the buyer’s credit card information, as it is entered directly on the bank’s website managing the transaction (with very high-security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted. No computer archive contains or retains such data.

Maredamare Srl accompanies the shipped goods with an accompanying invoice, included in the package along with the purchased goods.

Special Offers and Promotions

Any special offers or promotions proposed by Maredamare Srl are valid until their expiration or until the products subject to the promotion are exhausted.

Product Guarantees

Maredamare Srl guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of shipment. Any defects must be reported by the customer within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date, under penalty of forfeiture.

The customer is entitled to the replacement of products upon their return, excluding the right to compensation for any damage, even further.

The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are to be considered borne by the customer.

Responsibility

Maredamare Srl is not responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage or loss resulting from the sale of the products proposed on the site www.maredamareshop.com, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product.

Maredamare Srl DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, ILLUSTRATION ERRORS, PRICE VARIATIONS, AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS.

In the case of non-delivery of products due to our error, we are willing to send the missing product in the next order.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree May 22, 1999, no. 185, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following instructions must be followed:

1 – Within 10 days from receiving the package, you can report the request for a refund or replacement, indicating the reason for the return (poor quality, damaged product, etc.) and specifying whether you want the product replaced with one of similar value or the refund of the amount paid. Maredamare Srl reserves the right to replace the returned product by including it in a subsequent customer order or to arrange the refund of the amount paid. The report can be made via email to [email protected].

2 – The item must be placed in its original packaging, sealed, and carefully sealed.

3 – Everything must be shipped within 10 days of receipt to: Maredamare Srl c.da Burgio industrial zone of Butera 93011 Butera (cl).

4 – The only costs due by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the product to Maredamare Srl.

Privacy

The personal data requested during registration on the site and order submission will be processed – both manually and through automated tools – in full compliance with current legislation (Legislative Decree 196/03) and will not be disclosed to third parties. You can request their cancellation or modification at any time. The refusal by the Customer to provide personal data and authorize its processing will make the commercial relationship impossible.

SHIPPING

The “standard” shipping costs for Italy via express courier are:

• €6.56 up to 3 kg;
• €10.66 for more than 3 kg.

Shipments are made via SDA Poste Italiane.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed the following day.

Order fulfillment generally occurs within 24/48 hours of order registration.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be processed starting Monday morning in order of registration.

Maredamare Srl is not responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage or loss resulting from the sale of goods and services proposed on the site www.maredamareshop.com, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Maredamare Srl.

In the case of non-delivery of products due to our error, we are willing to send the missing product in the next order.

If the package arrives visibly damaged, sign with reservation upon receipt; otherwise, no refund will be possible.
In the event of package refusal, Maredamare Srl may charge the customer the entire shipping costs and the return cost of the package.
The delivery terms indicated by Maredamare Srl refer to the products available in stock and are not binding as they can be modified by Maredamare Srl in case of actual needs.

Special delivery conditions and terms must be agreed upon in advance by email or telephone between the Customer and Maredamare Srl and accepted by both parties.
