Return Conditions

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, no. 185, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the products.

Return Instructions:

1. Within 10 days of receiving the package, you can report a request for a refund or replacement, indicating the reason for the return (e.g., damaged product, non-compliant product, etc.) and specifying whether you want the product replaced with one of similar value or the refund of the amount paid. Maredamare Srl reserves the right to replace the returned product by including it in a subsequent customer order or to arrange for the refund of the amount paid. The report can be made via email to [email protected] and must contain the same information as the individual who placed the order for the item to be returned.
2. The item must be placed in its original packaging, properly closed and carefully sealed.
3. Everything must be shipped within 10 days of receipt to: Maredamare Srl, c.da Burgio/Industrial Zone of Butera 93011 Butera (CL)
4. The only costs to be borne by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the product to Maredamare Srl.

IMPORTANT: The return must not be sent as cash on delivery, as it would be automatically rejected.
